As it does for owner occupiers, PFS will tailor investment loans to suit the requirements of individual investors.  As a result of excellent working relationships with a broad range of lenders, PFS is able to secure suitable loan products for its investor clients from small loans for single premises to significant size commercial and industrial properties.  While many lenders will offer a facility up to 65% of purchase price or valuation, whichever the lower, PFS brokers have access to several lenders who will offer a higher LVR, up to 75% in some circumstances.

Commercial Low Doc Loans

Low documentation loans are available for businesses and investors.  If you are unable to provide the usual tax returns, group certificates or tax assessments then a range of option is available to establish your ability to repay the loan.  Some lenders will assess your service capacity using "alternative documentation" which could include BAS statements, bank account statements, rental income statements or other evidence, sometimes supported by an Accountant's declaration.

Business Finance

Line of Credit
